FAQ


Q: How I can make a reservation?
A: The booking can be done by phone, email or using the order form from Contact page. We will confirm you by phone and email if we have availabilities in the period requested by you. Due to high number of reservation requests we recommend you to book with minimum two weeks prior you arrival.

Q: How can be sure about the reservation?
A: In order to confirm your reservation is neccessary to be paid a 50% deposit from the total value of the accommodation. Additional information and cancelation policy can be found in Tariffs page.

Q: Can I pay with the credit card? 
A: Due to some techical problems we cannot accept currently payments with debit or credit cards.

Q: Until when we can check-in?
A: Check-in can be done until 11:30pm

Q: When we need to check-out in the departure day?
A: Check-out should be done till 11:00 am. In case that you want to prolong your stay in our area, afte check-in, your luggages can be safely stored in our villa, but no later than 13:00.

Q: Can I reserve the room without breakfast?
A: The breakfast is served for all our customers in order to ensure a better service and benefits for our guest. Our prices includes breakfast buffet. More information about the breakfast can be found in Breakfast page.
Note: The breakfast is served only in the foodhall.

Q: Can we take breakfast later than 10:00 am?
A: Yes, but only if the villa is occuppied by a single group, in this case we will commonly agree the starting breakfast hour.

Q: Can I take the breakfast in the room?
A: We have downstairs a spacious and confortable food hall for serving breakfast and would be pitty not to take your breakast here.

Q: If I have to leave before 08:00 am can I have the breakfast?
A: If you need to leave before 08:00 am please inform us on prior day in order to prepare for your sandwiches on the go.

Q: Is any consumption limit for breakfast?
A: The breakfast is buffet served, therefore is no any limit for the consumption during the breakfast time.
Note:The food and beverages served at breakfast must be used only for the consumption in the food hall and during the breakfast time. It is not allowed to take away food and beverages for personal consumption outside the breakfast time.

Q: Can we prepare the dinner/lunch for ourselves?
R: In case that the vill is booked by one group our kitchen and bricked grill is available to your for your entire stay, without any additional charges. In other situations is not possible
Note: For the grill you need to bring charcoal. For a two days stays you need 2-3 medium sacks of charcoal.

Q: Which are the kitchen’s amenities?
R: For the groups who want to prepare themselves the lunch/dinner our kitchen is fully equipped with: stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven and dishwash. For serving the food we can ensure you plenty of plates, cutleries and glasses.

Q: How often do you change the linen and towels?
R: The linen and towels are changed after 5 days. In case that you want to change them more ofther we can do this for an extra charge. The prices for can be found in the  Accommodation & Services page.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: For your safety we equipped our vila with a safety alarm system against the fire in the rooms and livingroom, therefore in this areas the smoking is forbidden. However we thought about the smokers and we allow smoking on the foodhall and outside of the building.
Note: The smoking is not allowed in the foodhall during breakfast serving.

Q: Do you have parking places?
A:
Inside our properties we can ensure free parking up to 6 vehicles only for the guests accommodated in our villa.

Q: The parking is safeguarded?
A: We cannot provide this service, however our villa is located in a quiet and safe area. Anyway we recommend you to block the doors and activate you car alarm system for additional safety. We cannot be responsible for any thefts from your vehicles or damages.

Q: Do you have telephones in the rooms?
A:
We do not have telephones in the room, but you can use the landline phone from reception in the following conditions: local calls up to 10 minutes – free of charge, and international calls are chargable according to our telephone provider’s tariffs.

Q: Do you have mobile phone coverage in your area?
A:
All Romanian mobile phone providers cover our area.

Q: Can I connect to Internet?
A:
We offer free wireless internet access up to 2Mb capacity.
Nota: This service is available according to conditions and techincal possibilities offered by the Internet service provider.

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A:
Unfortunately not, becuase we do not have amenities for pets’ accomodation.

Q: Can I be visited by a friend during the stay? 
A:
Unfortunately not, because the common spaces does not allow more people besides the people accommodated in our villa.

Q: Can I be joined by the childern?
A:
We are delighted to accommodate you and your children. The children below 2 years old can sleep with their parents in the bed. For children above 2 years old we can provide rollaway beds. The price for the rollway beds can be found in  Tariffs  page. For the children below 10 years old the breakfast is free of charge.
Note: In case that during your stay you are accommpanied by your children we kindly ask you to supervise them very carefully to avoid any accidents. For the underage children the access on the interior stairs is allowed only together with the parents. We will not be responsible for possible accidents which might occured in case of not respecting our above recommendations.
